Lars - your toffee recipe?

Hi Lars,

I did a search here because I remember you discussing the toffee you make every year (I think it was you), and that yours was foolproof. I've been making toffee for a few years now with mixed results. On some batches the butter will separate and I don't really know why. I've read that stirring makes a difference and how fast the temperature comes up, etc. I've also read that you can throw in a tablespoon or so of hot water to get it to re-emulsify.

Anyway, could you share your recipe again?
