I eat them on a flight, but I won't buy them...although, I'd like to!

Is this sick or what? My diet place has a new chocolate bar that just came out. I can't frickin' leave them alone. Saturday I had three of them. Sunday I had three of them. Today I bought a box at the center and had them keep them there with my name on it so I don't have more than one at a time. Oh yeah, I know what you're talking about.

Sherry, just buy pants that have a little spandex in them! As for me, I ate Fritos on Thanksgiving! - shudder, bowing my head in shame -

I made a batch of cream puffs to bring to a gathering yesterday. Bite Size! Filled w/Homemade Pastry Cream! Chocolate Covered! I made the mistake of not picking a large enough platter (is that considered an excuse!).

Help! there starring at me each time I open the refrigerator door! It's now 20 minutes since I've come home, & 2 more bit the dust. Would someone come in & eat up the rest......

I can't believe I made truffles for Thanksgiving....yep, all gone and DH and I are the only ones that ate them.

My gardening friend came up here on Sunday, and for lunch he went round the corner to the little bakery and bought himself some pies for lunch. And for me a custard tart and a vanilla slice. I demolished the lot at one sitting. Tut-tut.

Let me see I had pumpkin pie for breakfast, lunch, dinner and my late night snack on Saturday. Sunday was a repeat of Saturday only with Pumpkin Flan but I had more then 1 slice per meal.

I've been known to roast some potatoes in EVOO and butter if I am hungry after 10:00 pm. And I don't care if I have to wait 40 minutes for them to roast it is worth it.

Another favorite is left over mashed potatoes fried in butter and smothered in left over gravy.

Yesterday i bought a pt of Ben & Jerry's -- Dave Matthews Band Magic Brownie to be exact--black raspberry icecream with little swirls of vanilla icecream and chunks of fudge brownies -- and I finished the pt off at breakfast this morning-- hey it's fruit & dairy --yep !

There are many items in this category, but one thing I can't stop eating is chocolate covered CINNAMON Altoids. the whole box will be gone before I know it. It's weird, but the darn things are addictive!

Does it count when someone puts so much stuffing on a turkey/stuffing sandwich that there isn't room for the turkey? Yep - I had one on Saturday and one on Sunday.... squishy white bread, stuffing, tiny bit of mayo and cranberry sauce. Skip the turkey LOLOLOL! Thank heavens the sutffing is gone so I will not be tempted to have another until next Thanksgiving LOLOLOL!

And Doritos.
And Chex Mix.
And Crunchy Cheetos.
And any packed starch that comes with the powdered yellow/orange cheese dust.

btw, that Pringles business reminds me of the year or so I was driving to Boston a lot. The I-95 from h*ll. I used to take a bag of twizzlers, and a can of pringles, and a bunch of water. When I hit the NYC area, I opened those pringles and de-stressed myself all thru the Bronx and the, then incomplete ^&%$@, interchanges just after the TappanZee bridge.

fwiw, crunchy foods are usually craved during agressive stress. They worked. I rarely buy them now, and get irked that when they are on sale for 99c , the low fat ones aren't. pfffft

Don't fret ... blame it on the sun, or lack thereof. :) If you notice, during the warm summer months you probably don't crave carbs at all.

Lucy- the cream puffs will get soggy if you don't eat them. There's nothing more depressing than a soggy cream puff. You're actually doing them a kindness.

rlcollins- you reminded me of a commercial (I can't remember for what) featuring two women out shopping & trying to stick to their diets. "well carrot cake has carrots in it, and carrots are a vegetable so we can have that" "and chocolate is a bean! We can have lots of beans!"

Pumpkin is a squash- pumpkin pie is meant to be a breakfast food.

I'm so glad I'm not alone. After the Pringles I was seduced by sweet potatoes, mint M&Ms, and a half a box of Wheat Thins. Alice saved me from the other half of the box. Crunchy, salty, and oh so satisfying!

I bought a Mac toffee bar this morning; froze it, then took it out of the carton,
banged it on the counter, put the multiple pieces in a small bowl; it thaws in your mouth. It's raining today so I needed the toffee.

Um barnmom, not to start trouble or anything, but the pringles are 10 for $10 this week at Shaw's. DARFC. I bought 4 tubes, two reduced fat for me and two pizza flavor for my fiance. I just finished my first tube...with a brownie to balance the salty sweet. Good thing the wedding is 10 months away.......

Compumom, at least with binging on the chocolate covered Altoids you have fresh breath, brown teeth, but really fresh breath.
Sunday night I started on a really big bag of reeses pieces- I dont eat chocolate so they are my substitute fix. Brought them to work yesterday so yummy with coffee. last night dug into a bag of sunchips who knows what flavor- DS bought them. Finished off the reeses with coffee here at work this morning. all gone. piZZa in my meeeting at 7 tonight. who knows what I will get into tomorrow?? Sue

Granny Smith apple slices with that sickeningly sweet caramel dip in the produce section. Can't stop eating that either.

Publix makes a jalapeno dip that is to die for with crackers too.
