Every two weeks.

oh ms marion, you are woman i strive to be.

my refrig is terrible. i should do this today, but i won't LOL

maryanne

Every 2-3 weeks, sooner if it warrants it.

Gee, about once a year. But I live alone and I am pretty clean so it doesn't need it more than that.

Not until I see something grow "hair".

Not true...about once a month unless there is a spill or "A Fungus Among Us".

Gayle

I aim for once a month, but it doesn't always happen.

Every Wednesday evening. I take everything out, clean every shelf and drawer and wipe down the inside except the door shelves. Those get done about every month or so. I love a clean refrigerator. :)
Linda

Probably just once every 3 months.

not often enough, but with only 2 of us now we have so little to worry about...i do vac to keep the compressor clean monthly

...you womens put me to shame...I cleaned it REALLY good a month ago...now it's getting a lick and a promise...I've GOT TO FIND A HOUSEKEEPER!! (or not have anyone over till I have the use of both arms again) DH and DS have done a really good job with the day to day but our house is in serious need of a deep cleaning about now!

Once every few months. I wipe shelves when stuff spills or crumbles, but I empty it and clean it 4 times a year or so.

Not often enough. It's just me here.

Why??? did you peek into mine and saw that I am in need of this chore??? LOL Dottie

Only when I have too.
Olgaflowers

I only take everything out and everything apart about twice a year. Rest of the time it's on a need basis. I don't like that job, either.

Every two weeks. I grocery shop every two weeks and I hate coming home to a messing frig and bags of groceries to put away.

I wish I knew a better way to keep my frig organized though.

As needed or about 3 times a year. I wipe it plenty but only empty it a few times a year. We have two fridges and two freezers, I clean as I go most of the time.

Two to three times a year. In between,I wipe shelves about once a week. My fridge has a heavy glass plate right in the middle, abouve the fruit and veg drawers. This thing is heavy, and the main reason I don't clean more often.

Every two weeks.....just a habit with me. I think the reason I am so fussy is because when I went to help my sister after her hip replacement it took me about four hours to clean out her refrigerator......and I am not slow.
She hadn't been able to clean it like she should for months and months before she had her surgery and of course her DH never dreamed of helping around the house.

Twice a year.

When it looks like a science experiment gone horribly wrong.

Ron

I'm another 2 or 3 times a year. I wipe everything down every Tuesday (trash pick-up Wed.) so it stays pretty clean.

Oh - are you supposed to CLEAN them?

I clean a fridge usually once a week - sadly they are never my own! LOL! Some of the fridges I have cleaned have been nasty beyond words - makes mine look pretty good...
I try to do the deep clean of my own every few months...right now I need to give my oven a going over - was noticing at Easter that it's definitely in need of a cleaning.
Suzan J

for sure, every time I move. LOL, but this winter I did it when we had no power. Needed to empty it anyway, thus might as well cleaned it out.

Really, I wash shelves off, as they need it. I prolly wash it out really good about once a year.

Moni

Clean the refrigerator!

That's an interesting thought.....
