sanding between coats of sw pro classic? and another ??

So, I have painting on practice boards, and even a practice cabinet door. Looked great! Got everything down (or so I thought).

When doing a few of the real cabinet doors, all of a sudden I am seeing teeny tiny bubbles appearing in the pro classic layer. I am using a foam roller (maybe that is a problem, but I used it for practice) and back brushing with Corona Cortez.

1. Should I switch to a different roller?

2. Is something wrong with the large can of paint (I practiced with a small can)

3. Am I being too careful and that's why this is happening?

4. Can I SAND between coats of the pro classic to get rid of the teeny bubbles, and if so, which grit?

Thanks so much for any advice!
