There are lots of issues with the recommendation but if it works for you go for it. My main concern as with others is the labeling of various materials as if it were essentially one nutrient. For example Bone Meal is usially 23% Calcium, 18% Phosphorus. Blood meal likewise has a host of nutrients. The alfalfa hay mulch (Tip#8)is a mega-Tip. It may provide as many nutrients when decomposed as all other sources depending on how much is applied and the overall alfalfa quality. Example, a 26% protein Alfalfa hay would contain over 4% nitrogen and usually ~2% potassium,~2% Calcium .5% Phosphorus,.3%Magnesium. The big tip here is to locate a quality alfalfa hay at a cheap enough price to afford to mulch with it.

Another interesting day with an android tablet. Last night I bought Discover magazine from the Nook app store and it said it would take over an hour to prepare and download the current issue. No problem. At bedtime I left the tablet on thinking it needed to be on for the download to complete. This morning it seemed the download must have terminated because the app had closed, but the magazine wasn't in the library and I couldn't reach it online. I checked and had received an email receipt. I called tech and they told me to turn the tablet off and then back on. The magazine then was in my library, but everything there had ribbons saying "download," indicating I'd have to redownload everything. Tech confirmed this. O.K. So I did. Later, I took the tablet to the market, planning to use the recipe book I bought on Nook for shopping. When I tried to open the book a box popped up that said wi-fi unavailable. Later I called tech, who didn't seem to have a solution, then took the tablet to Barnes and Noble (oddly, their ATT system wouldn't allow a download from the Nook store to my tablet) and to Office Depot. Everyone said I should be able to read a book or magazine offline, without wi-fi, but noone could figure out what to do to enable it. This evening I figured I'd buy something from the Toshiba book store app. One of the techs had me set up an account during the bookmarks issue because she said she was most familiar with that app. Tonight I tried to log in and it wouldn't accept my user name and password. I confirmed they were correct as I had written them down. I had the site email my password and the correct password arrived in my email, so what's with this? Does some of this just amount to requiring a network tablet and data plan for this sort of thing to work? The password thing makes me feel like I'm being singled out or something. It's getting weird. Later I checked in to Yahoo on the tablet and when I logged out there was a tiny message box that said I'd made changes in my Yahoo account. I'm on a PC as I write this, checked Yahoo and didn't notice any changes. Anyone know what that's about? Now that I'm safely on a PC I'll be reading all the previous posts. I can't help you with any info about monitors and Lyme Disease but I've been a computer professional for 40 years. I'm certainly picky about being able to see what I'm doing since I'm clearly not young and spend 60-70 hours a week working on monitors. My first monitors were printers with keyboards attached as the punch cards were just going away. Consumer monitors like the ones you bought are pretty much made for consumer activities such as watching movies and viewing pictures. They are part TV and part computer monitor. I don't know how people stand them for serious work on text, particularly with black text on a white background. Actual televisions hooked up to a computer are great for a group of people looking a pictures from your travels but are just horrible for this type of work. Over the years, I've frequently needed a monitor on a weekend where the only choices were Best Buy, Office Depot, Staples, etc. Basically nothing they have is acceptable for serious use. I'd suggest you contact someone that deals with real computer systems and have them setup something for you to look at. My personal opinion of Viewsonic was good about the time that CRT were the norm and was impressed with some of their early LCDs. My opinion of the company is poor for at least 10 years. Another problem I see with consumer monitors is the short height, for example 1920x1080 resolution in a 27" vs 1920x1200 in a business 24". When I work seriously on a long document with lots of reorganization and edits, I use a 1920x1200 24" turned portrait. It's a big step down from the P series but still fabulous compared to the one you are using. On my desk, I have a P241, P301, E305, and a Eizo 27" square monitor 1920x1920. I wouldn't buy anything without trying it first!

I have tried it and bombed miserably. It is really difficult....but probably just like anything else, the more you do, the better you get. My mom has made some really cute cats, rabbits and pumpkins. If you are on Instagram, there are lots of needle filters there - their work is amazing!! One is called The Gentleman Felter. He does some pretty incredible dogs and other animals. When I tried it, I borrowed my mom’s supplies and watched some Youtube lessons. You can find needle felting kits on Etsy, and tools/supplies on Amazon. We have a local craft store that carries the tools, but I’ve never found them at Joann, Michaels and the like. I may have seen some wool roving at Hobby Lobby, though.
