I am making Ann's Stacked Enchiladas for dinner and around here the only tomatillos I can find are canned. The recipe calls for 4 tomatillos. There are at least 6 more in the can.
Could I freeze them? Or maybe I should make another batch of the chili sauce and freeze that?
I am thinking that since they get chopped and cooked down, freezing would not be a problem, but I could be wrong....
