That looks like a holophane PGRL fixture, one of the commercial fixtures they have been making since the 1800's. They do make one that is small enough scaled for a residential application though, I believe 12-14 inches in diameter. If you just want a "ribbed glass" shade, which is generically referred to as "holophane" as well even if it's not made by them (because it was invented by them) you can find those on simpler fixtures too.
