Olive Garden's Roasted Potatoes.

2 medium baking potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red pepper
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
4 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Romano cheese grated
Instructions

Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
Peel potatoes and dice into1/2-inch pieces. Core and seed peppers and dice into 1/2-inch pieces. Set aside.
Mix olive oil, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl.
In a small baking pan, toss potatoes and peppers with the oil and herb mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Sprinkle potatoes with parsley and Romano cheese.

Chicken Turnovers

2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (3oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 T. chopped onion
2 T. snipped chives
2 T. milk
1/4 t. salt
Dash pepper
1 (8 count) package refrigerated crescent rolls
Milk

Combine the chicken, cream cheese, onion, chives, 2 tablespoons milk, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Separate the rolls into 4 pieces, sealing perforations. Pat each piece into a 6 inch square. Spoon one fourth of the chicken mixture onto each square. Bring corners of each square together over filling, pinching seams together to seal. Using a wide spatula, transfer turnover to ungreased baking sheet. Brush with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

cheesecake cookie cups I used to make these and add miniature pb cups to melt

mini cheesecake cookie cups

1 (18-ounce) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa (see Note)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.

Slice cookie dough into 24 slices. Roll each slice into a ball and place in prepared muffin tin. Press down in center of each, making a deep well. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are set and "crusts" are light brown.

Remove from oven and press down in center of each with a spoon, making an indentation. Let stand 5 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completely.

In a small bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture into each cup. Dust tops with cocoa. Serve immediately, or cover and keep chilled until ready to serve.

I love Nutella!

NUTELLA SWIRL BUNDT CAKE

1 1/2 sticks (171 g) unsalted butter, at room temp.
1 1/2 cups (300 g) sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) good vanilla extract
3 large eggs, (High Altitude use 4)
3 cups (360 g) flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (High Altitude use 1 1/4)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda (High Altitude use 1)
3/4 teaspoon salt
12 ounces (340 g) plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup (220 g) Nutella, warmed slightly in the microwave for better spreading
confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 10 inch (12 cup) bundt pan, set aside. Mix together the flour baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream the butter and sugar on medium speed. About 4 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time and mix well. Don't forget to scrape the bowl. Add vanilla. Mix in the yogurt until well incorporated. Slowly add the flour mixture until well combined. Don't over mix!

Pour 1/3 of the batter into the bundt pan. Spread 1/2 of the warmed Nutella evenly over the batter. Pour half of the remaining batter over the Nutella layer and spread with the left over Nutella. Pour the rest off the batter in the pan. Swirl the batter evenly with a knife. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean. Let cool in the pan and dust lightly with confectioners before serving. Serves 12.

I posted about the brat patties I cooked last night. This blogger has her recipe for how she made hers. I made mine in the broiler and had them just like a burger with lettuce tomato and cheese they were awesome, but I would love to try her recipe.(except for the sauerkraut)

Ravencajun, thanks for the explanation. I wouldn't like the sauerkraut either, but the rest sounds awesome! I'll have to look for them. The site you posted said she got them at Wal-Mart. I'd love to try them (with the cheese).

According to the Johnsonville site at this time Walmart is the only place selling them.
On their site they have a contest for your recipes using the patties, they have some good ones listed.

luckygardnr, I've made the impossible pie for years and it is delicious!

The only thing holding me back on making the coconut pie is having Bisquick in the cupboard. I've never bought it. Is there something else I can use, or a cheater recipe for it?

Jasdip, Google "homemade bisquick" and you'll find a lot of recipes for it. Mainly 5 ingredients, but they vary so you can choose which one would work for you.

There are many Impossible Pie recipes, made with or without Bisquick. I used to make them either way. Google Impossible Pie Recipes.

This is similar.

Fruit Cobbler (I always use peaches, fresh or canned.)

1 stick butter
1 quart sweetened fruit
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
ý tsp salt

Melt butter in a large baking dish. Heat sweetened fruit.
Make a batter from remaining ingredients. Pour batter into melted butter. Pour fruit on batter.
Bake at 350ð for 40-45 minutes, Crust will rise to top. Serve hot.
