How do you use your Orca sink? Does it work well?

I am looking for a sink in my kitchen redo. I would like an alternative to the dish rack which takes up a lot of counter space. Currently I have a Elkay 28" single bowl. I have a plastic bucket I use to make sudsy water to wash my pots and pans and any other things not in the dishwasher. So I have and "double bowl" essentially. I like the single bowl because I have enough room to wash the big stuff and put the bucket to the side. Does anyone out there with an Orca use the bucket accessory or do you fill up the sink about 4 inches? ( I think DH would like to get rid of the bucket, but it might have to stay.) Does the shelf hold a lot of things? The Orca would work well in my kitchen because the drain is on the left and I can get a garbage bin under the sink on the right. I dont think I can have a garbage bin with a 70/30 sink because of the piping. What do you think? Thanks for your help.
