The tank didn't start to cycle until you added the fish.When you see the rising ammonia in the beginning that is the cycling of the tank.The 75-80% water change is not always good to do. How much and how many times a day do you feed? Ammonia neutralizer can give a false reading on certain tests. Bambo not suitable for fish tanks. Room temperature is fine. Some algae is ok. Aqueon large power filter takes what kind of filter media?

I am sending a report to Gardenweb each time I see this. I suggest everyone else do the same also, asking for Pheebee and his/her/its ISP to be kicked off the site. To do so, click on "contact us" at the bottom of the page, then choose "abuse of forums" and then cut/paste Pheebee's message into the message (including the title of the message) and ask for them to remove her from the forums. I just got an Avon cataloge Campaign 20 and they have knockoffs of these MBT shoes for $39.99/oxford and $29.99/slide on page #119. Description says leather and man made materials. The "rocker" sole does not look as curved though. They seem too flat in the center. The MBT shoes looked kind of dangerous to wear on stairs though. Maybe these would be good "starter shoes"? I knew they would come out with knockoffs somewhere at some point in time. They got knockoff Crocs and knockoff Earth out. Now the question is; Are these as good as the originals? There is also a free Curves pass for a tour and analysis that comes with a pair of these - a ussles add-on if you ask me. *They also have the fake Crocs with rhinestones in gold, silver or black. Oh-la-la. I don't know if they are the comfy kind like Payless has, or just the look-a-likes like Target has.

Sorry I did not read all of the replies, but wanted to share my experience with planter. I went to my bone doctor with this and he said he had it in both feet. He recommended Merrills (mesh slides) shoes. He told me he would not be working on concrete floors if it were not for those shoes and shooting up occasionally. LOL I bought a pair and they do help but what helped the most was the shot in my heel. It has not hurt since I received the injection and it's been at least 3 years. He said it would probably last the rest of my life. The shot did not work in my knee but has been a miracle on my heel. You can buy these shoes at Dillards and some of the specialty shoes stores. The last time I saw him he told me I could get the shoes in colors online at Herringtons. I posted the URL below and the shoes he recommended are the mesh air slides. Those are made differently than the rest of the Merrills. I bought lilac, the green shown in the photo, lite blue and the Palamino at 20% off but that was a long time ago. They are all I wear.
