Did any of you take advantage of Walmarts sale yesterday to buy the Cricut for $119?

They had the cartridges on sale too, for $40.

What a fun new toy!

There has been a half hour commercial on my TV the last couple of days for this machine. Boy if I was really doing what I did 5 or 6 years ago in crafts I would buy one

Just came across your post. I wanted to say that I got the cricut at walmart for the $119, I also go tthe Christmas Cheer cartridge. I love it. For Christmas my husband and kids got me the tool kit, markers, extra mats and extra blades.

That is cool! I have seen the infomercial for the Cricut many times and wished for one.However,they are way out of my price range and I don't know when I would have time to use it anyway.LOL.The cake one is really neat.Might have liked to have it years ago when I was making cakes. I make stencils out of it, it is great.... You CANNOT use a coupon at either Michaels and Hobby Lobby for any Cricut products... Unless they have them on sale then you get sale price. But never a coupon..If they let you use it they should for everyone. Cricut does alot of things cuts fabric, chipboard,etc. Here is a site that has wonderful prices.. I got my expression the big one at Christmas free shipping for 199.00 their cartridges ate 34.00 each on most all but the new ones and they are 54.00 each..www.customcrops.com

I HAVEN'T BEEN ON SITE FOR MONTHS. BROUGHT THIS BLOG UP WHILE LOOKING FOR PRICES OF THE CRICUT EXPRESSIONS. I REALLY WANT ONE ALSO. I AM TRYING TO FIND THE BEST DEAL. IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS FANTASTIC. Recently my husband bought me the Cricut(Expression), plus 6 cartridges. The cartridges were on sale at Michael's for $40.00. It all came up to a little over $600.00. The very next day he want to Wal*Mart and found that he could have gotten the whole package for $100. less than at Michaels. We had already opened and used the package, so there was not reason to try to take it back. Just goes to show you that you must shop around.
