Baby ABC Blocks

OK......I'm planning on putting ABCs on wooden blocks. Will use one letter per block and three pictures that match that letter. I will paint and then decoupage the letter and pictures. I need a source for uniform letters and animals, objects, etc. That means 78 pictures of animals and/or objects. My blocks are 2 1/4 in square. Haven't looked in the "School/Teacher" stores I see. They might have something like this. Any ideas????

I wonder if you did a google search for baby abc blocks if something wouldn't show up. I bet it would then you could print off.

Tried that......there are many wooden blocks to sell and I can see some as examples. I might try kiddie books in the library. I just need them all to be a consistent size.

An update: I feel a need to confess--when I first posted this question, I was convinced the pattern was mistaken (HA!) After your helpful comments, I took out what I had begun, really studied the Barbara Walker pattern (BTW, it was identical to the original pattern in the afghan), and then kept working on a short swatch until I figured out how I was messing up the SSK YO combination (that was my problem!) Imagine that--it wasn't the pattern, it was MY mistake! Go figure! Oh, well--I guess that's why it's called "learning to knit!" I've restarted the afghan, and this time, I really can see the pattern forming already. Anyway, thanks for your help!

I have the instructions......just made the kit for a friend. started making them back when the kit first came out and have made quite a few sets for friends having their first child. The first set was for my big brother back in 1975.....the blocks have gone thru his 3 kids and his eldest son's 2 children.....not bad!!!!!

Rosie, I did a google search for printable ABC books and there were loads of them This link has a lot of links. I looked at a few and there is so much you can use.
