Pressure cooker recipe flopped

I tried a recipe from the Presto cookbook, calling for a pork roast, onions, S&P, and some water. It did not say what kind of pork roast. I thought it sounded quite plain, and the roast I got is one I never cook well, pork loin, which is extremely lean. It was tough and dry out of the pressure cooker. I tried putting some gravy on the slices, but there is no hiding that tasteless, dry piece of meat. I'm not surprised though. Probably should have gotten a pork shoulder.

Can anyone recommend a good pressure cooker cookbook? I need help. Or a great recipe or two?
