These are excellent! I've also made them with chocolate chunks:
White Chip Island Cookies

1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLî TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
1 cup flaked coconut, toasted if desired
3/4 cup macadamia nuts or walnuts, chopped
Procedures
COMBINE flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in
large mixer bowl until creamy.
Beat in egg.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in morsels, coconut and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE in preheated 375° F. oven for 8 to 11 minutes or until edges are
lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool
completely.

California Chews

2 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated white Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
12 oz pkg Butterscotch Chips
1 cup Macadamia Nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Flaked Coconut

 Preheat oven to 375º F.
 Stir dry ingrediants together and set aside.
 Cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy; add vanilla and eggs; beat well. Stir in dry ingrediants until thoroughly blended. Mix in Butterscotch chip. nuts, and coconut.
 Drop rounded Tablespoons of dough onto UNGREASED cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let rest on pan a minute or two; then move cookies to cooling rack.

Makes 5-6 dozen large cookies.

You can also make the uncooked balls and freeze them until youÂre ready to bake them -- even a few at a time. You can crowd them on an edged pan and freeze them, then transfer them to another sealed contained until ready to bake.

I make Sol's Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies and put in Macadamia's and White Chocolate Chunks. In fact they are in the cookie jar right now..

Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies - Sol

2½ cups AP flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts, optional

Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. In a mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. On low speed, add the flour mixture, and mix until barely blended. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoons onto sheet pan and bake in a 350°F oven, for 12-15 minutes.

Now I'm spoilt for choice. I want to try them all, and probably will. This is going to make me very popular at work...

WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA DELIGHTS....... 1/2 cup softened butter 1 cup brown sugar 1tsp coconut extract 1 egg 1 tablespoon milk 1 tsp vanilla 1-1/2 cup flour 2tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 8oz white chocolate chips 1 cup macadamia nuts..........Cream together butter and sugar add egg milk and vanilla.....In a seperate bowl combine flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt....grandually incorporate flour mixture....sir in nuts and chips......cover with saran wrap and rifrigerate 1 hour.......drop cookies 3" apart Cook in a 280 covection for 30 or until edges becomes slightly golden "Not looking done is key".........................If you dont have a convection Id bake at 350 and check on them someone else here can probably help with that. i always use convection because I always have 3 trays going in at a time. This cookies is constantly requested and a reasonable place to get Macadamia nuts is TRADER JOES!!!
