3-day old pie crust: Use or start over?

On Wednesday I made Bobby Flay's Chicken Pot Pie with Sweet Potato Crust. The ingredients of the crust were flour, butter, egg, pureed sweet potato, milk, S&P. The recipe said to wrap and refrigerate the dough 1 to 24 hours. My intention was to make a bunch of individual pot pies and freeze them uncooked but that never happened so I want to use up the filling tonight. Being day three, can I use the leftover dough? I'm not adverse to starting from scratch, but I'd prefer not to if I don't have to.
