If there is a Pottery Barn near you they have samples of all their fabrics for free. You can also order samples online for free. I have samples of the Cameron drapes. They have a brushed cotton feel and are unlined. I have seen them at the store and they hang well with a good drape. The sand color is a sage-y color. I am trying to decide between them in ivory and the Payton drape in oatmeal. The price is a huge consideration but the color I really want is in the Payton drape.

Hi, I found this while searching for a twin Stella quilt for my daughter's room- we currently have the crib set. I painted 3 walls light pink (the color of the back of the quilt), and the accent wall is striped with (from top): 15" darker yellow, 4" dark pink, 15" light yellow, 4" same dark pink... It repeats down the wall, and I ended up with 3 dark yellows and 2 lights- that's the only thing I wish I had done differently- think I should have done 3 lights and 2 darks... If you give me your email I can send a picture. I'm really happy with the bedding and am searching for the twin quilt since she's ready to be out of her crib!

Yes I have done that, and it seems everything in showrooms looks just like you've described the one from Pottery Barn, very beat up and not holding up well at all. I do have a coworker that ordered hers from PB, and has had it for 5 years, she is happy with it. But when researching reviews, I've read some awful stuff about their customer service lately, and experienced it myself with a recent small purchase with them. I'm not willing to make such a large purchase and risk having issues with their customer service. I believe another GW member recently posted on decorating about it too. The manufacturer I ordered from has many very good reviews online. It was not cheap and actually cost more than the vanity from PB without the counter. It is solid wood construction with no MDF. I will inspect it when it arrives and report back. We just had some custom cabinetry made in our bedroom, and the carpenter we worked with did a decent job but he was such a pain in the neck to work with. It also took him months to complete our small job because he had so many ongoing projects with other clients. I was hesitant to go that route again for a vanity.
