I wanted to shout out and thank Kathy for sharing with me her recipe for Orange Spiced Meade.

Initially, after the first fermentation and bottling, the stuff tasted really nasty LOL and I thought that I had really messed up but now, 10 months later, we opened one bottle and WOW, the color was heavenly and so was the taste. and what a timing, we are going to get some honey today, so we will get more than we initially thought and make some more of this godly nectar, now I understand why it is sometime called that :)
