The 'bird'

My sis is bringing the turkey for Thanksgiving.

She is going to cook it the day before Thanksgiving, carve it, put it on a platter and refrigerate it overnight, and then put it on ice in the igloo for it's 2 hour journey to our house. My cousins and I are doing the rest of the stuff, like lasagne, stuffing/dressing, rolls (can you say CARBS!?), veggies, salad, all the trimmings, appetizers, desserts, etc.

What's a good way to reheat the bird so it won't be dry or dry out?

Thanks!

Smiles,

Sooz
