Anyone here go back to their maiden name after a divorce? Was it confusing to your friends?

Was it tough to remember how to sign checks etc?

I am wondering how long it will take for friends and acquaintances to remember your "new to them" last name.

I am thinking of going back to my maiden name, and as you can see, I got questions.
