Taramasalata, Taramosalata, Greek Caviar, Cod Roe

Anyone have a good source for Tarama (cod roe)? Years ago I used to frequent a lovely Italian and Greek restaurant in Beaumont, TX that served what they called "Greek Caviar." I've since seen it prepared on a TV show or two and called Taramasalata.

My usual shopping spots don't carry cod roe or Tarama. Even if they did I would be hesitant to try just any old brand. Do any of you have a brand of cod roe that you prefer? Would also appreciate the name of the store so I can call to see about shipping. I would call the restaurant to ask them but they have long since closed. I did call them years ago and they were kind enough to tell me the basic ingredients of their "caviar" and affirmed that it was indeed Taramasalata.

My Dad and his wife, pets, etc. were just here for a week due to the hurricane. He was talking about that restaurant (Carlo's) and now I'm craving that dip/dish like crazy!
