Shaun's wings....question

We are having a pot luck at work next week and I am thinking of bringing Shaun's chicken wings.

I'll have to make them the day before, tho. Do those of you that have made them think they'll keep 24 hours and remain crispy or should I reconsider and find another dish to bring?

Linda, you know what? There is a mistake in this recipe.

I remember several people were saying it was too hot and some were saying it was just right....... well I don't know how this happened but the amount of Cayenne Pepper is wrong!!

    Here is the correct recipe:

    1/3 Cup salt
    1/3 Cup paprika
    1/8 Cups cayenne pepper
    2 Cups flour
    Chicken Wings

Mix breading ingredients together in a ziplock bag.
Pat wings dry. Shake in mixture.
Spray cookie sheet w/Pam, put chicken on, spray top of chicken w/Pam
Bake 375 - 40 mins flipping over half way thru. (Or longer if they aren't crispy enough.)

I've only served them right away, never put them away for the next day so I don't know if they'd remain crispy; Try it.

Also, this is a lot of breading mixture so you can scoop just some of it out into a different baggie and save the rest for another batch of wings.

Thanks, Shaun! I am guessing by holding them for 24 hours they would probably not stay crispy, but I bet they wouldn't be "slimy" either.

I may just get up early and pop them in the oven to bake while I get ready for work. I'll still have to toss them into a crockpot to stay warm, but they would be better, I think.
