Sorry you're having a rough time Stacy!! Listen to those doctors though and put your kids and DH to work doing the laundry and housecleaning. You really don't want to pull or twist anything.

I am having mine April 14th :( I know there is pain just hoping there is lots of drugs!

You must rest and not do anything, they say even when you think you are better rest somemore!

hang in there Stace...when I had my hyst,many years ago,a woman who had just had bypass surgery for her heart said that her doc told her that the hyst is harder on females than heart surgery(????) who knows.

You're doing really good if you can post so soon after your surgery. It was thoughtful of you do to so--I know we've all been wondering how you were doing. Know you feel bad now, but in two days you'll be begging to go home. Rest well.

Get plenty of rest and do what the Dr. tells you! Hope you will soon be bouncing around again. :o)

Rest,rest,and then rest some more.trying to be up and around before your body has healed will only make the recovery longer.
So be a good girl and you'll feel like a springs chicken in no time.

As everyone has been saying, please, please, please get plenty of rest. Even when you first start feeling better and think you have enough energy to get out and do things, take it easy for a couple more days.

Just check in on us and READ ONLY for a while, and have Brian or one of the kids take notes on which threads you'll need to respond to when you're up to posting again. :-)

Take that from someone who's had two of those same surgeries. If you overdo it, you will pay for it. So don't. Deligate to those youngins girl.
