But it's not heart-shaped.

My trivet is, though!

Flamingo, That's a very cool trivet! and Lydia, that is a very cool "spy" job you did..

I don't think I have any hearts around here...

I have a few. I love heart shaped things.
This is the cover I put over the bedspread to help keep dog hair and dirty paws off of it.

This is a little wire candle holder. I put an old insulator in it instead of the candle holder that came with it.

Just a small wall hanging.

another small wall hanging

a few more on a shelf. Please excuse the bowling pin heads below the hearts. I was having so much trouble cropping at photobucket that I just finally gave up.

Here are some on the wall by the stairway. There are a few that Luther keeps knocking off wagging his tail when he goes up or down the stairs, so I finally quit rehanging them.

This is a heart shaped box about 8 or 9 inches tall. It has a big apple painted on it. I love this old box.

This is a checkerboard I painted 20 some odd years ago. The little checker pieces hanging on the bottom are some store bought little hearts that I bought back then and drilled some tiny holes in.

I feel so...."heartless"....

Now I just went crazy trying to find my Grandmother's Heart Charm Bracelet. I know I had it out a couple of months ago. Now I can't find it. Darn, I hope it shows up.

Flamingo - maybe Chip ate the rest of the heart already? That's a cute picture, it made me lol. I like the trivet!

Mscsippy - I think you should win a prize or something! That's a lot of hearts. I thought I had a lot of hearts around, but only found 1 hanging one.

Gayle - hope you find your charm bracelet!

Do set up shots count? I took these a while ago for a photo contest. Meanwhile I will look around the house for some hearts.

Beautiful pictures Casey!!

My goodness Minnie! That's a lot of hearts! The cookies look yummy.. but I don't think I'd want to eat them if they are 3 years old. lol

I don't think I have anything heart shaped. Really not that in to it.

Love the paper hearts Casey.

and the squirrel with the doodle. So funny.

I didn't scan it, but I have a heart shaped pewter ornament next to my computer that my dad gave me for Christmas.

On the front it reads:

In Loving Memory
The light of a distant star
Continues to reach the earth
Long after the star itself is gone
In the same way, the light and love.
A loved one gives continues
to shine in many hearts.

The back side quotes Daniel 12:3.

Okwriter, that is a lovely saying. Thanks for sharing it!

I was going to post this the other day when this was on the first page and forgot. Anyway I spotted this on our floor last year right after they refinished them. I saw it again last night while I was "swiffering" and it reminded me to post it!

I love the floor heart in wood-grain. I have oak floors. I will look for some designs.

That's a heart for sure Gwanny!

Now I'll be checking my oak cabinets for designs. Hope I don't see anything spooky.. they are heavily grained.

Goodwill find:

Twinklenose - Is that a candle?? It certainly is unique.

If you haven't yet been welcomed to the KT - I'll take this opportunity to welcome you!!

Yes, Lydia, it's a candle someone glued to a brass candlestick and decoupaged. I thought it was one of my nicer GW finds.:)
Thank you for the nice welcome.:) I've been around ths quite a while, just never posted much 'til lately.:)

I hope everyone enjoyed a lovely Hearts Day yesterday.:)
