We're having Subway tuna sandwiches. It's getting so that I cook only a couple of evenings a week.

Fried pork chop, squash croquette, spinach casserole, and an itty bitty bite of corn bread

turkey "bratwurst", canned green beans, and baked potatoes started in the micro but finished in the oven.

Subway tuna sounds good ... going to have to get there sometime soon :-)

Main Man just bought a Rotisserie Chicken. I'm gonna make scalloped potatoes and Black Eyed Peas. Main Man wants a Greek Salad so he is in charge of all the slicing and dicing.

I took my Mom on a trip to Wal-Mart today and cleaned house later. Today was clean out the refrigerator day for Garbage Day tomorrow.

Last night DH made Swedish meatballs for tonight, when he saw how tired I was last night. I'll make pasta and salad, maybe some extra veggies for a side dish.

Chicken pot pie with biscuit topping, broccoli casserole, baked BBQ beans and chocolate cake that I DROPPED as I took it out of the oven. I finished crumbling it in the dish and poured a can of sweetened condensed milk and butterscotch topping over it and mixed pecans and Heath brickle with 2 tubs of whipped cream and smeared that on top and it looked fine! It was good, even if it was broken... :o) Nancy

Just meatloaf and kraft dinner, but tomorow night we're having homemade chicken pot pies.

I have chicken fajitas marinating now. We'll have some refried beans on the side.

I was going to make hard shell ground turkey tacos but when I got to the store they had a sale on bbq chicken and it sounded good. So, I got that, Bob Evans mashed potatoes (regular and chives & sour cream), frozen corn and some dinner rolls. I bought a few other things along with the stuff to make the tacos for another day. Everything's warming up right now.

I had to stop and get milk, and thought a 'cardboard' pizza sounded good...our little store doesn't have a large selection of good ones. I picked one up anyway...we will see. If DH doesn't want that, I will bake some fish instead.

I am starting on the supper for tomorrow night. tonight. We are going to go and stay at Kalie & Mikes so that we can take them to the airport early Friday morning. So far, it will be beef stroganoff over noodles, angel food cake with strawberries...and some kind of veggies.

I'm having a Sue'sWay Tuna sandwich, Ranch House beans and mixed veggies. Ben&Jerry's Cherries Garcia later during American Idol.

Hot chicken salad made with leftover rotisserie chicken from Sam's and Sister Shubert yeast rolls. Swedish meatballs sound really good.

Homemade chicken and noodles here...It's really cold outside today. Right at "0"...so I think it will hit the spot.

I had Denny pick up stuff to make it this morning before he came home, so we wouldn't have to get out in this cold again...But I'm out of Hand Warmers to keep my kitty warm.

So I'm going to have to get out like it or not.

Shrimp scampi with lots of garlic, Smart Balance, and lemon over a bed of spaghetti squash, with fresh asparagus on the side! I'm excited, this is my favorite dish in the whole world.

it was sooo good. it was boneless pork rib..since it was frozen i put it on about 2 at 350...then at 4, wrapped it in foil, added sweet baby rays bbq, and put it down to 300. another 45 mins, turned off the heat, made my salad and sides...it was really good...

Pork chops, Rice a Roni fried rice and peas with carrots. I think I may make tacos tomorrow.

I finished the last of the homemade chicken and noodles. Twinkie's eating a chicken salad sandwich and some chips. Glad the chicken's all gone! LOL

Tomorrow - we start on porkchops.

We are having polish sausage, onion and green beans all cooked together in the crockpot, and some wilted lettuce, cottage cheese and corn bread.

Like Sandy, I just baked a 'cardboard' pizza.

We're having a crock pot meal (stew meat with a variety of soups; comes out just like beef gravy), over mashed potatoes. Peas/pearl onions/mushrooms and crescent rolls -- SOON. I'm hungry!!

Reheated chicken and rice for DD, reheated white bean turkey chili for me - with some home baked whole wheat no knead bread. Man oh man that stuff is good.

I worked an hour late tonight so it was quick.
Patty Melts on the griddle and tator tots in the deep fryer.

Leftover potroast and a simple salad is all thats on the menu here.
DH and I have been refinishing our hardwood floors,so the house is kind of turned upside down.Tomorrow if I can climb over things to get to my stove,I may actually COOK something.

We had a really good pork roast. I marinaded it in a mesquite with apple flavor marinade, and cooked it in the dutch oven for about 3 hours....really good! Also sauted some celery, onions and bell peppers and had a salad.

Leftover meatloaf, mashed potatoe from Monday's dinner and added some steamed veggies. Beverage was water with pommegranate juice and 2 maple cookies for dessert.

Funny how a lot of us had tuna today. I made a tuna sandwich for lunch.

Sue, how can you eat that Cherry Garcia ice cream in front of me? That is my favourite ice cream.

Tell you what. . You bring some meatloaf and veggies, I'll bake potatoes in my new convection toaster oven and we will just enjoy dinner together. Cherry Garcia and brownies for dessert. How's that?

Oh -- she means the single serving size. :-)

That *was* my favorite ice cream, until I discovered the Dove brand ice cream (also, BTW, in the single serving size); specifically the Vanilla with a Chocolate Soul flavor. OMGosh is it yummy! Hubs, unfortunately, doesn't understand the concept of single serving size when I buy it, though. He thinks I should share it with him.

Took my DM out for dinner to Kelsey's restaurant for her 87th birthday (this was after a lovely spa day for both of us). This was all courtesy of my DSis who lives in British Columbia and couldn't be here with us. She emailed me the money and we had a blast.

We had all appetizers, honey garlic chicken wings, chicken dumplings in wonton wrappers fried crisp, deep fried zuccini, and a 4 cheese spinach dip. Ate every last speck of it. Yummy! Then we brought home apple crumble with 2 different sauces. Had to wait a few hours to tackle them though, but they were lovely~
