A little forward slant is good, a lot is not. To check if this is the designed-in amount, spend some time assessing the porch where it connects to the house from top and bottom and even underneath the floor if you can slither under there. Assume that the original workers fit it snugly to the house; do you see evidence of later caulking, old isolated paint ridges, or gaps? This would support the idea that it has acquired more slant than was intended. Sometimes it's a simple matter of then looking at whatever is supporting the forward edges. In my case I have brick piers without (apparently) sufficient foundation under them, so the front of the porch has been sinking over time (100 years or more). If I wanted to cure this (I'm tearing the porch off, so I don't), I'd brace up the front of the porch and remove and replace the piers after installing better footings/foundation under them, then set the porch back down on them, carefully.

Now to your other question: do you have a problem with the roof. Perhaps, but then perhaps not. I assume your roofer looked it over carefully to see if there was any softness or sponginess and didn't find any. His explanation of a twisted internal member does make sense to me. Sometimes accessory structures/buildings are constructed with lower-grade lumber, possibly including a piece that was too green and later racked when it got dryer. It's a pity it wasn't dealt with before you had the roof work done, though. You could open the shingles up and have a look, or even try getting a little spy camera up inside to see what you can see..... Have you put a level on the floor in the area directly underneath and adjacent to the sag/bump? The reason for doing this is to check whether the problem is only a roof thing or somehow connected to the floor joists or framing.

However, absent any indication of a spreading problem or rot, I'd probably just leave it and watch it if it wasn't too cosmetically disturbing. It will be much more visible to you than to anyone else.

The porch was a later add on, and honestly, to me, I don't think it's sunk any more in the 7 years we've been here than it already had.
We had doors replaced, and when that was done, the workman said that the joining of the porch to the house seemed "tight" as it could be. Because he couldn't inset the threshold, it is slighty raised and I added trim to it...then caulked. The trim and calk has not seemed to seperate (which you'd think it would if the floor was moving downward).
I would PREFER leaving the roof alone, and then dealing with porch issues when we can. The porch supports are also squishing the floorboards, and there is dry rot in them. I think we can get away with quite a few more years (I've been keeping them painted and repaired as much as I can to keep moisture and bugs out). I'd rather sink $$ into keeping water away from the foundation and doing more renovations inside!
I can't put a level directly under the sag/bump because there is also a horizontal support there for the screens. But besides the slope, there doesn't seem to be much else going on except exterior broken concrete which was poured after the "foundation" (which is like yours) was put in place. Eventually, I realize the poor thing will need a footer.
Everyone keeps telling me "if it's stood this long...".
