My LauR is white except for the one wallpapered wall which has a white background. I posted it to that thread, which is in the Gallery on the first page. There may be other white ones there? I'm trying to remember. Mine may not stay white, though. I'm thinking about it.

I hope you get good answers right here in this thread, and I hope that those who post their pics here will also take a minute to visit the Gallery and post them there as well.

I think the LauR is a great place to be able to do whatever you refrained from doing in the rest of the house. If you want white, go for it! White does say "clean" after all. I can't wait to see your pics when you're done.

I just clipped the thread about how to post pics! I'll print it out so I can learn how to do it.
All rooms in our house are painted except the master BR one bathroom, and the Laundry room, though there's nothing in the rooms, since it's (basically) new construction - a tear down remodel.
I will take photos tomorrow of the paint colors and post them, as this forum has been very helpful in terms of seeing paint on walls, even though light is different in everyone's homes...

My laundry room is white - it's in the "laundry room eye candy" thread on the gallery side. It's actually one of my favourite spots in the house, decor-wise at least, not activity-wise :).

Since I used a dingy unpainted garage for 25 years I wanted color in the new laundry room. Chose BM Yarmouth Blue. Not quite ready for pics, but hopefully in another week or two. I have 4 cabinets above the washer & dryer that are painted white as is all the trim.

As "fun" as the new washer/dryer colors are I'm opting to stick with white. I think if I were choosing a color I might be more inclined to have white walls.

Natal, your room sounds so pretty, can't wait to see the photo's.

Not to hijack this thread from the OP, but I wanted to ask, if your laundry room opens to the kitchen, which mine does in the new house, would you paint it the same as the kitchen just in case the door is open when company comes or would you paint it any color that struck your fancy? I'm envisioning a color completely different from what the kitchen will be. A blue like Natal has might be a nice color as it would remind me of being outside. Good choice Natal.
