Orange Marmalade Question

Hi all, so I've decided to deviate from my usual peach and black berry jams this season and throw in a couple batches of Orange Marmalade into the mix.

My question is, can I replace the white sugar completely with honey? I've done this with both peach and black berry in the past with great success.

I usually do a 2/3 cup of honey to 1 cup sugar conversion, with a 1/2 cup liquid reduction, to compensate for the honey, but since orange marmalade is on the bitter side, I might do a 1 for 1 conversion and the same 1/2 cup liquid reduction.

What's your opinion on this? Has anyone ever tried this? If so, what was your experience?

Also, on a side note, what's your favorite orange marmalade recipe?
