My brother had a liver biopsy on Monday and this is what they say he has. Non Alcoholic Steato Hepatitus (NASH). It is bad, but not necessarily life ending. It is basically a result of long time diabetes. My brother is insulin resistant and so he has had to take more than the normal dosage of insulin. He has had diabetes for many years and now he is dealing with lung problems also. Are any of you being treated for this, or do you know of someone who is? Needless to say it sounds frightening to me.
