cost of servo-drive for trash pull out

First of all thanks for all the info on the other post!

I have two 15" wide x 30" high pull out units. I was planning to have one for trash and the other for recycling (maybe, but not sure yet)

To automate them with Blum servo drive so that I can have assisted opening or nudge to open, the cost for these parts are going to be $450 after shipping.

I figure to do just one drawer is going to cost $320, the second doesn't cost that much more.

Do you think it is worth it.. it's a bit expensive if you think about it.

But then I could get rid of that infrared auto open trash can, which I like very much but an eye sore in today's kitchen design. It's still not under the sink or anything close but it will be decently close to the working area.
