Is this Colonial Revival house style

My house was built in 1904 and is symmetrical inside and out. The house is about 32'X34' and the roof peak is about 33'high. Every part of the roof is bellcast. There are four equal sized rooms on the main floor with a deep centered central hall with straight stairs. The four rooms upstairs are in a cross formation. The exterior is narrow clapboard on the main floor, above the band board over the main floor windows all is clad in extensive rows of various patterned shingles. All four facades are decorated with the same elements. The front door area projects out about a foot and has sidelights and transoms. There are two box windows and a screened back porch. There is lots of leaded glass; all the windows are double hung. The interior wood, moldings, doors, and floors, is ebony. Is it Queen Anne because of the cross gable top and the fishscale trim or is it Colonial Revival because of the symmetry and the door surround?
