TESTING FIELD FOR ROSE ROSETTE DISEASE - Report any virus transmission to human within 24 hours to CDC (Center for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov) TESTING FIELD FOR ROSE MITE - Any inflammation of being bitten should be sterilized with 90% alcohol, and any swelling and fever should be seen by a physician immediately. *** Seil: I guarantee you such signs should keep teenagers from picking your roses. It's like the true story of a old guy who got sick of teenagers beating up on his garbage can. So he put up a sign, "Please bang on my garbage can exactly 20 times at 7 am, and I'll pay you a dime." LOL I did think of the goldish glittery idea last night as I was trying to fall asleep and though I still need to "try it", I'm thinking of a strand of gold beads with a line of glittery tulle and maybe ivy running the length of the table with the huge open roses I already have in red and yellow. Like allot of things, it sounds ok but I won't know till I see it. I want to avoid multiple small pieces if I can to keep a clean line. Lynne: As you are, I'm not big on having people on the cake but in our case we're going to have both. I didn't plan it that way but the Grooms Dad was so excited to see his only son and first born child finally getting married (he's enduring a battle with Cancer so it's fortunate that he's still with us to enjoy the moment), he ran out and purchased the beautiful Lennox couple cake topper that is above and gifted it to us. It wasn't my first choice at all but I don't have the heart to let him down so on the cake it will go and the little flower arrangements will trail down the steps of the cake as a color accent. I don't like fondant at all! either. He is finally over his high temps, but the coughing makes him grumpy which makes me grumpy! So we're just a couple of grumps locked in our house. He's going to be worked into the house as well. We have a cat room under a stair case (about 6' long and 3' wide by 4' high). It has a large door to it with a smaller kitty door in it. Do you have an Amish market nearby? Our Amish market has a huge bulk candy department with all kinds of old-fashioned/childhood treats. They usually have different candies for whatever holiday is in season. I haven't been there in a while but usually shop there if I'm baking and need candies for decoration. I've never looked for heart shaped cinnamon imperials so not sure if ours typically as them for Valentine's Day tho they do have the round kind which I use at Christmas time. Hope you can find some.
