I remember! One drop in the toilet before use.... does away with odor. I checked that out and didn't order a the time but thought it sounded really good.

I have some of the poo-pouri brand. It comes in a very pretty bottle, so I think it'd be more giftable. I'd only give it to my closest friends though... some people might be insulted.

The others are right.....it's a little bottle of concentrate. You put Just one drop in the toilet before you do your business. All odors are eliminated. And it doesn't leave a lingering smell afterwards. Odorless bathroom.

I gave it to my family in their Christmas presents. My brother, who is anal, nit-picky, a gentleman, etc, raised his eyebrow and had a quirky grin, as in What he he77??? But everyone has raved about it. As I have.

They sell them in multiple packs now, with a little box of one-time strips included that would be perfect for your purse when you're at a public restroom.

I can't think of the lady who ordered them, but thought this might jog her memory.

I've never understood people who don't have air freshener in their bathrooms. How revolting. Maybe your sh*t doesn't stink and mine doesn't always, but when it does...

Wonder if these prim and proper people have toilet paper in their bathrooms? Or is it hidden under the doilies? Or maybe they just USE doilies? :) Hey, maybe they just don't use a toilet???

I used to have a little gadget in the toilet that sprayed some air freshener each time you'd flush. Was nice, especially when I'd have people over.

I am a huge proponent of this product, or at least, a similar one. The little bottle was clear and the liquid inside is blue and smells very eucalyptus-y. I went on a road trip with some girlfriends and we kept one of these in the bathroom wherever we were and there was never any embarrassment or inconvenience at any time, and at times we had maybe 8 people sharing a bathroom. It also came in handy when traveling, in public restrooms. It left a nice scent in the bathroom and wasn't overpowering or flowery. Just a nice, clean scent.

I just got some from Solutions, I love it! I have a severe phobia of having a smelly episode in a public restroom so this was perfect to carry in my purse.

I already had a bottle of eucalyptus extract when I read the previous discussion, and it sounded like that was probably the main component of Just A Drop.

I tried adding a couple of drops of to the toilet tank water every couple of days. It does seem to keep our bathroom smelling nice.

I look for it each time I go to WalMart, Target, and L&T, but no luck. I don't think it's made it's way to California yet. There's a few people I REALLY want to buy it for!

I was the one who ordered it online and said I would let you know how we liked it. Sorry to have to be reminded.
I think it is a great product, and works as advertised. Thank you for recommending it.

Ahem, the offending odor gets into the air as the "item" is on its way to the water, just like passing gas. As soon as the "item" is submerged - voila! - no more odor. That's why toilet bowls have water in them. So how does putting something in the water help? A one second psst from an air freshener while the "item" is en route does the trick, and I'll bet it costs a whole lot less.

I think the thin, oily coating of Just A Drop that floats on top of the water seals in odors better than nothing at all. It also releases a fresh scent at the time.

I don't know of any public restrooms that keep a can of deodorizer in every stall and I don't know of anyone who carries one around with them, either. And Just A Drop is not expensive, one drop is all you need and they claim 400 drops per bottle, making it about 2 cents a drop. Its small size is perfect for a purse or briefcase, too.

This might not be important to some people at all, but for those of us who are very shy and private, it makes traveling and sharing bathrooms a lot easier and less embarrassing. It's getting rave reviews on other sites.

It's probably a female thing but I know all my girls would love to have some and I surely would.

It puts a coating on the water and creates a seal so odors can't escape.
Their is absolutely no lingering smell of anything afterwards. It's wonderful, and far cheaper than using a spray can and more efficient. I prefer to smell "nothing" than perfumes anyway.

I bought some at the market (I live in So.Cal) and I don't drop it in the water...I put a drop on a cotton ball and then put the cotton ball in a basket on the back of the toilet tank. It's the best stuff I've tried ever!! And it only cost a couple of dollars. And since you only use a drop at a time the bottle should last a long time...

Sydney and I bought it at a cute little retail store in Tulsa....after we cracked up reading it...we got it...paid 10.00 for it pricey but it does work....my friend who has the flower shop I am trying to talk her into putting it in her shop......it really works....sTAcy

I agree with Cynic! I have been to people's homes and once in awhile you have to GO and they have no spray! What they usually have is cleanser, so into the toilet I put some, wait a minute and flush. It helps. I personally always keep it under the sink where people can get their hands on it. I don't like to keep it out on the counter where it looks awful. When we have people in for dinner, I light a big large candle in the bathroom. Scents it nicely.

Speaking of, do y'all remember that "Glade" can with the part of the male anatomy that someone worked into the picture on the can (about 19 years back)? I thought it was joke, but I found that can and bought it. If it wasn't a you-know-what, it SURE looked like it! I think I may have eventually tossed it. Darn! That would probably be worth a fortune!

It must be an awfully big drop to cover the entire surface of the water in the bowl with that oily film! How do you suggest to your guests that they use a drop? Do you take your purse or briefcase with you to the bathroom when you're a guest in someone's home? A can of spray is obvious.

Sheesh, you all spend your money on oily film; I'll keep a candle and a can of spray in my bathroom. If my hosts don't supply their bathrooms with the obvious, well, what can I do about that? Fear of stinking up a public restroom? My goodness.....we're all human.

Uh oh! Now you've got me wondering.....How do you avoid making tell-tale "offending" noises in the bathroom? What do you do about that? Sing at the tops of your lungs?

I'm not sure how it works Sherrman, but it is just the tiniest little drop that comes out of the bottle.

The offending noises can be prevented by turning on the fan, perhaps.

Hey Stacey, keep an eye out for other stores that might carry it. $10 is far too expensive, unless you got more than one bottle. Our WM is selling "family packs" now where you get 2 bottles plus a little package of single use strips for $10.99

Stacey probably bought the Poo-pouri stuff. It is about $10. a bottle and sells in a lot of gift shops.
