And in today's environment, the accused was convicted. It just as easily could have been me. My heart and love goes out to this innocent person. What incredible pain he must live in. To be falsely accused and then convicted is the most horrible experience. In the old days we accused them of being witches and burned them at the stake. Now we call them sexual and bury them in jails. Never stop loving. Love is god inside of you. god would never hurt anyone. Love will never hurt anyone. Of course I am talking about real spiritual love not the movie love. I will give an interesting truth of the universe. If you have fear then you always must face that fear until you finally love & trust god and walk through the fear. Then when you find upon walking through the fear that god protected you, you will be healed and never have to walk through it again. For those who fear rape. I suspect they will face rape some day. Because they must face the fear to heal the fear. Those who do not fear being raped will never face rape because it does not need to be healed. The lesson is two fold. do not fear. walk through your fears to heal them. I think it is really bad to teach your child to fear being raped. Better to teach confidence that the child can take care of herself. Give her the knowledge & confidence of what to do in a situation but always make sure there is no fear. Fear is a block to god. Those who do not believe in god will believe in fear. Those who know god loves them and they trust in a good god protecting them will not have fear. Why should I fear when god protects me. Fear says god will not protect me. It is a statement of self non love. If you love yourself then you know god loves you and protects you. All decisions based on fear always are the wrong decision. All decisions based on Love are always the correct decision.

In some neighborhoods, including palms, bananas and other (sub)/tropicals into the landscaping is almost taken as a personal affront by some people (like painting your house flamingo pink or something). They definitely make a house stand out when all the other white or gray houses have the standard rhododendron, hosta, and well-manicured yews. So, it's not just a question of zone pushing, it's a question of challenging the local, unwritten code of horticultural dos and don'ts. Topher, I have the same problem with people thinking that because I have a lot of thriving plants that they're entitled to something free. When was the last time your local nurseries gave plants away?! My favorite though was my neighbor who called me over the other day and asked me if I would take in her mother's plants for the Winter and hold them till Spring--being that my plants do so well. I asked her if she was serious. I felt like saying, sure and while I'm at it maybe you want to thew in the kids too because I'm sure I'll be better at raising them too!

Shirley, I was out the other day doing the same thing. Putting back my flower tags took longer than I thought with the ground still a little frozen. So I put them under rocks for safe keeping. I planted a tiny, I mean teeny tiny, little yellow foxglove baby that I got from a friend of mine. I was so astonished to see that it has at least tripled in size. It is planted in the back of the house, by the foundation, where there is very little snow and no wind. Is it possible that it could have grown over the winter? I was just shocked to see it. His ad read, "I have this piece of furniture which was bolted to the top of an antique desk, but the two pieces didn't really go together and I prefer the desk without it. He laid it in my trunk, and a friend who was here brought it into the DR and laid it on the table. I have always admired secretary desks like this, and to think that I now have one, that was posted as a 'hutch top'. Just goes to show us that we need to open all the CL ads,as there may be a treasure there under a bad title. I DON'T look at CL ads with no pictures, though.
