Please let us know what you chose (the one that nobody mentioned here) and please report back how it works out for you. Don't worry that somebody might hate or mock your choice. Every appliance choice will be a mix of engineering tradeoffs and design compromises, both limited by budget. On the internet, there always will be somebody who will hate your choice regardless of your budget, space, etc., let alone whether the choice works well enough for you. I'm mostly retired, and most of what I'm doing these days is for musicians, choirs and dancers. No video help there for choosing appliances.

That company is not the only company that offers a flat concrete tile. I have concrete barrel tile on my roof and would never consider installing it again. There are newer interlocking metal roof tiles that last longer with less chance of leaks.

It depends.......your APPLIANCES but no matter what? If you "love to cook" it's not a lot of work top/counter top space. It's a lot more surface with the L and all the work top on one side/corner of the kitchen That entire corner from sink to range below? Is spread out work top. Room to drain dishes as well
