Non-aerosol cream whippers - which to choose?

Ok, so I ran across a recipe for Blue-cheese whipped cream and now I NEED to have a non-aerosol whipper to play with.

Anyone have an opinion on these in terms of which might be the best to try (iSi, Liss, etc)? Stainless or aluminum??

Easy to clean??
