I don't think she'll make it to the top 12, although she does have a good voice. I was sad that the black guy (Jamar?) got sent home, but goofy 'Norman Gentle' stayed.

I think Danny Gockey (sp) is the one to watch!!

One that slipped by me: Jason Castro's brother (Jason from last year's Idol) went through when he first sang, and then I must have missed when he was cut. I don't think he is there now, is he? He had spiky hair and had pink color in it the first time I saw him....does anyone remember when he was cut?

What about the Osmond kid? I have only been paying half-attention to the last couple of episodes - is he still there?

I beleive that the Osmond kid was cut during group week. he had a pretty good voice too.

There are just too many for me to keep up with at this point. I do know that Jason Castro's little brother was cut last night. He was put into the room that didn't get through. I an so unhappy that the drama queen made it through. I hope she is immediately voted off.

I can't believe they let her through again. She will be the next Sanjaya, her and "Norman". I still like the oil rig guy and is it Danny? The guy who's wife died and came to the auditions with his best friend? All the girls sound the same to me except the one with the raspy voice.

Yes, Kath... that is Danny. His best friend was the one I thought should have stayed... but he got cut last night.

I was sorry to see Danny's friend leave. I thought he was much better than some that stayed. Am I the only one that thinks Danny looks a lot like Robert Downey, Jr. He is just so cute.

Tatiana - OMG she needs to go already. She has to be one of the most annoying people I've ever seen. I wonder if they just put her through to stir things up.

One of the girls they chose last night has been cut, to avoid any appearance of "impropriety," so Felicia Barton will replace her.

Tatiana is insane. I can only imagine they are keeping her on because it adds interest to the show to have crazy people on it.

I was happy to see that Brett Keith made it through. To me, it sounds like he has a strong influence of Ty Herndon in his voice. I'm hoping he makes it all the way! :)

We were shocked that they let Leneshe and Jamar go. They should have gotten the spots that annoying, marginally talented Tatiana and equally as annoying, Nick Mitchell (aka Norman Gentle). The part I don't understand about putting him through is that it is a SINGING competition not a comedy act competition (He reminds me of some HS kid trying to be funny)

Jamar was my favourite and I really think he deserved to stay there ahead of a lot of the other guys. Not fair!

I'm just hoping there are some non-crazy people in the finals who can halfway sing.

I loved David Cook last season because he seemed so normal and talented. He didn't go nuts because this was his 'chance'. He didn't pimp his brother with cancer either. David just went in and dd an excellent job. I can appreciate that.

From where I sit, Tatiana is totally putting that on. There was one shot of her, somewhere along the way where she was just walking quietly down a hall, looked up, noticed the camera, and started in with her hoot-owl-on-speed imitation. She knows what she's doing. It's hard to get anywhere in that competition unless you stand out in the crowd. She stands out--unfortunately, in an idiotic way.

I really hate to say this, but the guy who lost his wife gives me a very bad vibe. Don't like the way he's trying to use that terrible tragedy to get ahead. He's okay--good, even, but definitely not really good enough to have made the top 3 dozen--except for the fact that he's got a heartwrenching back story. His friend, IMO, is far better than he, and it's a shame he got cut.

Oh she's whacked...I can't stand to watch or hear her! I hope she's gone soon.....no one has ever been as annoying to me as she is on this show.
