Should we paint or stain our ceiling?

We've added a sunroom onto our house and are going to put 5" pine t&g planks on the cathedral ceiling. I can't decide on the finish: natural poly, light stain, dark stain, or painted cream to match the trim in the house.

Here's the sunroom now, with primed drywall. You can see the chimney brick on the RH side.

The sunroom intersects with the kitchen/breakfast nook and the family room. It will have the same paint color and tile as the kitchen. Here's a photo that shows the tile, paint color, and cabinet color/style.

The family room will have walnut hardwood, like the dining room does now. The dining room also shows the style of the house: traditional/formal.

What would you recommend the finish of the sunroom ceiling be?

Cream to match the trim and keep it light?

Dark stain to tie into the floors in the next room and contrast with the light tile?

Light stain to coordinate with the tile?

All opinions and reasons welcome. We're headed out to pick up the boards today.
