Need help with bathroom lighting ASAP

I'm desperately in need of some good design help. Thanks in advance.

I need to purchase a light fixture for my bathroom in the next day or so. I have a tiny bathroom that's about 9'x4'. I need a fixture to go over the vanity, and it will be my only source of lighting. I don't have other options, so I need a fixture that will give me as much light as possible for applying make-up. The fixture has to have some brass in it to coordinate with the rest of the bathroom, but I want to minimize the amount of brass. The shower door and fixtures in the shower are all polished brass.

My vanity is 31 inches wide and I have a frameless recessed medicine cabinet that is about 20 inches wide and 30 inches tall. Ceiling is 8'. I'm considering three different fixtures, and I desperately need help choosing the right one.

1. This fixture uses 3 75 watt halogen bulbs and is 24 inches wide and only 3.5" tall.

2. Would it be ok to have the fixture much wider than the mirror. For example, a 32 inch light fixture over the 20 inch mirror. This option would provide more lighting, but it costs more than I want to pay. It's the same as the first fixture but with four lights.

3. This fixture uses 3 100 watt incandescent bulbs and is chrome and brass (which matches my faucets, knobs, and towel bars). It might be too tall.

4. This fixture is all brass, which is a negative, but I like the style. It uses 3 100 watt incandescent bulbs.

I also don't want to get a fixture that will be outdated in a couple of years.

Thanks in advance for the help!
