Island with 15" radius end big enough for two stools/people

I am planning on putting an island in my kitchen. The original plan was for a 30" by 60" island. I am now debating on extending it so that it still has the 30" by 60" with cabinets below, but add a semi-circle overhang to the end. So the total length will now be 30" by 75". See my sketch (sorry it was done using Paint so it isn't very pretty)

The question is...is an semi-circle with a 15" radius large enough for two people to sit at and store stools underneath? The plan would be to use that area for guest to sit at when someone is prepping in the kitchen. It will not be used for eating. (there is a kitchen table right next to the area for eating). If that is big enough, will I need extra support for underneath the 15" overhang that may interfere with storing of stools?
