I will say that I agree with Laura as for the Sanseverias they do great with all light conditions, So those will work fine and there are plenty of diferent spieces to work with. Also you can work with just about any succulent there is available, but I was thinking as long as your willing to switch them around say like every couple of weeks or so just to make sure they dont get deprived of sun light totally. I know of a restaurant that has cactus and succulents inside with no windows and I would always say, How do they look so nice all the time in here, well the mystery was solved when I asked. They said , We rotate them with some that stay outside in sun light and then we rotate them with the ones in here. WOW! that made alot of sense to me I thought, - I can do that! Well give it a try and dont limit yourself because "The Sun Will Come out Tomorrow..." Greg T

How important is self-cleaning to you and how much does that add to the price of the range? I ask only because 4K for a 30" range is approaching the price of Capital's higher-end model, the Culinarian, as well as competitors such as the BlueStar RNB. This is not a criticism of the Precision, which I have seen, but never used, much less owned. And I know that self-clean is key for some people (and unwanted by others -- it's not a feature I wanted on our current range -- we used it maybe twice in a dozen years on the last one). If you don't value self-clean, you might be able to get the same range for a good deal less money still; or upgrade for roughly the same money.

It seems to me your dining space is pretty clear it is the space between the kitchen and the LR. and it appears to be very narrow for any table .IMO you need min. 2800 mm for 900 mm wide table and chairs too but because that area is open you might beable to do something like a Corbusier table .. I assume the view is out the wall on the east since there are no large windows that I see on the S wall. I have no idea why TV A would even be a choice it would skew any proper arrangement of furniture.I would eliminate the door on the E wall and just do sliding doors instead of windows there. As for furniture how many seats do you need on a daily basis and how many would you like if possible.
