Last Saturday night.

Had dinner with friends and had some ice cream on my peach cobbler.

I eat ice cream almost every day, even when I'm dieting. I just don't eat too much of it. Last night's was a scoop of triple vanilla with a scant tablespoon of butterscotch topping.

Thirteen years ago.

About a week ago....had to finish up the caramel sauce, you know.

Last Saturday my friend Esther was in Tulsa, and we got together for a celebration half gallon. Yup, half gallon. That is what her and I usually devour in the course of an hour, catching up on old stuff, discussing new stuff and trying to think of ways to fix the world. :)

Wow...it's been years. I used to enjoy "tiger stripe" when I was younger but they don't sell it anymore.

I haven't had "real" ice cream in probably a year, altho I had a little bit of soft serve when we ate at a buffet a few days ago, but I don't count that stuff as "real ice cream."

Digestion issues limit me but about once every 3 months I don't care & 'go for it'! I love coffee, raspberry & pralines & cream. Yummmm.

It was a couple of days ago. I had some of the new 4-H ice cream put out by Blue Bell. It is Centenniel Cupcake and is cake batter flavored, cake pieces, chocolate frosting and candy four leaf clovers.

I bought some rainbow sherbert and some lime sherbert to make some wine cooler type drinks. In a zine I received in a swap there were some recipes. The one I was going for was a 'Shrek Cooler' - lime sherbert with Boone's Farm Melon Ball poured over. But I couldn't find that flavor of wine, so got Watermelon and Blue Hawaiian instead. Anyone know what flavor Boone's Farm Blue Hawaiian is? So far, I've just had the watermelon wine over the rainbow sherbert. It was really good! I guess next to try is the Blue Hawaiian (or the leftover Watermelon) over the lime sherbert.

Also when I was buying the sherbert, I saw some small containers of Candy Cane ice cream and Buenelos and Cream ice cream. I bought one of each. Peppermint is my very favorite ice cream flavor, so I know I'll love the Candy Cane. But I really haven't been in the mood for ice cream lately, so haven't tried them yet.

Usually every night-low carb in place of dinner. But yesterday I had cake so I didn't get dinner.

It's been at least 3 months.

Almost every day since i started making my own.

Wow! Is this a regional thing? I can't imagine going to any one of my neighbor's homes and not finding at least one container, but probably more, of ice cream in their freezers.

A few months. Too long, I've been craving it. I guess I'll have to get some next time I'm at the grocery. Which will be later today, we're out of cereal.

Last night - coffee Heath Bar crunch. yum.

Maybe last week? I'm not eating it for myself, the baby needs some more calcium! lol

Actually woke up with a sore throat today and thought some ice cream might cool it down-lol

I think it is dietary. If I have ice cream in my freezer I eat it a WHOLE LOT MORE, than if I get a scoop. Usually I just get one scoop, when getting ice cream, but with Esther, it's almost always a half gallon. ;)

We have a scoop almost every night. My grandfather and dad were BIG ice cream eaters. Dad even put a small scoop of vanilla in his iced coffee.

McCloud made me a tiny, chocolate sundae just last night. Complete with toasted pecans and whipped cream. Mmmmm!

I hadn't had ice cream since last summer but have been craving DQ lately. I have a head cold and was feeling rotten yesterday when I had to run some errands so I stopped at DQ and got a smaller Heath Bar blizzard. It wasn't as good as I had imagined. That was dinner.

I had two small scoops of cherry-chocolate, low fat, 25% less calories, FROZEN YOGURT last night, while watching a bit of tv - it is SO GOOD!

Monday-I hosted a school fundraiser at Friendly's restaurant. The school gets 20% of the sales between 5-8 pm. The school ended up making $272.

I think I might have had ice cream last August, but I honestly can't remember. I don't keep it at home.

Sunday night, hubby and I went and got non fat yogurt, does that count?? We had a free coupon.

About a month ago. Always get some when I order carry from Outback. Usually, I get 2 or 3 cups so I'll have some to last about a week.

WildChild, I always keep ice cream in the freezer for my masters. Either half a gallon, cream pops, ice cream bars, ice cream sandwiches, fudgicles, or something. I don't know why I never eat them. Always feel like it belongs to the boys.

Sunday, when Mom and I stopped for lunch after church, at Applebee's. We both had a Hot Fudge Shooter. I don't think there's even a scoop in that little cup. I might get some today when I get groceries.

I had a scoop about 2 weeks ago at work, we had a party for a coworker. Triple chocolate.

I don't know maybe a few weeks ago..one scoop of Breyers Vanilla.
However, I've been thinking about making some..I love homemade thick, velvety custardy vanilla bean ice cream. And the kids don't so I can save it in the freezer for me....~evil laugh~ ooh maybe I'll add some berries.....

Yesterday I had a Dove Ice Cream Bar for my afternoon snack. Can you say self indulgent? It should have been an apple or orange.

Last week. But I'm going to buy some today! I love Turkey Hill, so off to the store I go. :)

I have ice cream every evening. Missed last night though because I wasn't at home.

Right now in the freezer I have Breyers Extra Creamy Chocolate, Private Selection (Krogers) Butter Pecan and PS Black Rasberry Chocolate Chunk, 1/2 gallon each. "Variety is the spice of Life!"

Gotta have that ice cream!

It has been about a month, but I have a real nice coupon from Coldstone Creamery.

2 weeks ago when I had some soft serve over peach cobbler when we went to a pizza buffet....it was the best part of the meal!!!! LOL

Before that is was around Christmas when I was making homemade ice cream for guests.

I would rather have sherbet or sorbet honestly tho.

Valentine's Day I made heart shaped brownies for Bob, Anna and myself. I topped them with Bryer's Vanilla Bean ice cream , whipped cream and some sliced strawberries. it was wonderful!!!! It will be a long time before I indulge like that again.

Funny you should ask! I'm not a real fan of ice cream or desserts of any kind, but in Florence last weekend was told I had to try the gelato. I did, I had two flavours in a little cup, lemon and blackberry. Darned good, but not something I would go out of my way for, I just don't like sweets that much.

Yesterday.
Mini Banana Splits were the dessert at the Center.
I gave up potatoes, Gravy and a homemade wheat roll so's I could have the ice cream. It was DE-Li-CI-ous!

Last week.I used to have it every night until about 1 1/2 years ago when my cholesterol got a little high.So now i just have it every now and then.My favorite is butter pecan.

About an hour ago.

Hubs and I went out to dinner with my sister and niece (niece was up from SoCal for the day). We shared the dessert item "brownie lasagna." It's a HUGE very rich, very dense brownie that has been sliced horizontally. Then HUGE scoops of vanilla bean ice cream are put on the bottom piece of the brownie; and the top piece of brownie goes over the ice cream. Then, a nice thick raspberry sauce is poured over it, and lots of thick and creamy whipped cream. YUM.

Whomever first thought up the idea of putting chocolate and raspberries together should be Sainted.
