If you have problems priming your never MT , when it does go empty (it takes a while, but even a gallon jug of soap will run out) you'll have the same priming problem again. Also if your pump check valves are not 100% tight, you may have to reprime if you don't use it for a day or two. I never could get never MT to work with my Lowe's soap dispenser. The biggest gripe I had with the dispensers from Lowe's was not specificly the small size, but the fact then when i filled it I couldn't see how full it was until it overflowed onto the sink making a mess. Then when i put the pump back in, it overflowed more making a bigger mess. I got a commercial soap dispenser from Grainger's that has a 32 oz. bottle. Now when it runs dry I can dump a whole bottle of soap into it (usualy around 24 oz)and no mess. I've never tried to keep track, but one 24 oz bottle seems to last quite a while. It's not bad looking, not much difference in appearance from the one I got at Lowe's.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question but can tell you what I learned when I ordered one several weeks ago. I called the website to see if their device would be compatible with the Brasstech SD that I have. The following day I received a call back and was told that they were quite confident that it would work with any SD that I had and, if it didn't, I could return it for a full refund, including shipping. There is only one part of this device that needs to be compatible with your SD: the tubing running from your SD down to the bottle of soap you keep under the sink. That tubing must slip tightly over the stiff plastic pipe that descends down into your existing soap bottle. The only other compatibility issue that you'll face is ensuring that the grocery store soap bottle is threaded and sized to accept one of the caps that they send you, through which the tubing from the SD runs. But they send you five or six caps (you store the unused ones on the tubing in case you change brands) so I would doubt that will be a problem either. I was impressed with this product. It's incredibly simple in concept and they're probably making a killing on it. But it does what it says it does. How often have you bought a product that does THAT??? Bob

I had similar issues when we installed ours. Check a couple of obvious things: make sure the tube isn't being pinched, make sure it is snug on both ends. Our tube on one sink needed to be rerouted because a drawer (it's the stages sink one) was pushing the air switch tube into the Never MT tube and causing it to be a little squished. Wasn't obvious when we checked it because, the drawer was pulled out when we looked and all was fine. Kind of like the naughty girl pulling another girls hair when no one is looking.... Just keep pumping it. Ours seems to have softened up a bit and now works much better. We have the elkay dispenser, not a grohe.

I should have also said that when I hooked it up to a Moen dispenser with the same soap it worked :(
