What warm accent colors to use with gray wisp?

I have warm deep colors throughout my home except the gray wisp in our bedroom. I am wanting to change out my ivory bedding to more warm tones and am not sure what goes really well with the gray wisp. Any suggestions? Thank you..

I am working on a MBR re-do and my bedding is from Garnet Hill. I have a smoky purple velvet quilt for winter and this one in wine for spring summer. I also have a white set.

I'd use a coral or darker coral, even rusty color. Funny because I'm helping someone right who has painted her new kitchen/family room addition in Gray Wisp and finds the room too cold and is looking for ways to warm it up too. We are starting by looking at area rugs that are primarily warmer colors (reds, rusts, oranges) but that have a small amount of the blue. Depending on your bedroom style, I could envision an old or vintage-looking oriental rug with a lot of dark red and just a touch of light blue. Of course you didn't ask about rugs but you could do the same with bedding!

I've found that grey wisp looks great in bright light with white trim. If you don't have good light and if you have wood trim, it is not as nice (seems to turn to more of a hospital green, if you know what I mean.) On my monitor, it looks like your chairs and sofa are an olive green. Might just be me, but I wouldn't put grey wisp with olive colours. I think it would look nice with your rug and maybe I just can't see the correct colour of your chairs. YOur room looks lovely and cozy - especially with the fireplace. It has been -25 to -30 Celsius here (without the windchill!) and I'd love to have a fireplace to curl up in front of.

Is BM's 'Silver Sage' #506, same as Grey Wisp?

BM Grey Wisp is the closest color match to RH SS but it isn't an exact match. It is a 95.2% match to SS. Now I could be remembering totally wrong but I recall yrs ago hearing/ reading that BM Grey Wisp is what RH used (knowingly by BM) and called it SS. Then at some point when so many people began asking for their wall color they found a manufacturer to make and market the paint as their own w/ a slight tweak to the formula so that they weren't ripping of BM's Grey Wisp. And that's the stuff that Interior Decorating Urban Legends are made of right? Real or Rumor? Who knows?

Accent walls are fine as long as the change in paint color has a special purpose. They are not fine when paint is thrown up on wall, willy nilly, with no thought to actual design. I like one behind a headboard; when a t v in on a wall and you want the t v to disappear (black, for instance), in a modern home, calling attention to an angled wall, to use as a backdrop for art, and if you are trying to make a room look wider or shorter. And your ceiling is a wall…love a haint blue on ceilings.

I think fretwork might look good. Nothing jarring — keep the wall color the same and just add a neat design over it. Just an example (Lowe’s carries this line): https://www.ekenamillwork.com/cameron-decorative-fretwork-wall-panels-in-architectural-grade-pvc The design depends on your decor style(s). Modern, traditional, transitional, etc. But … I’d think about the possibility that no matter what you do, it might look choppy and disjointed due to the varying ceiling heights and other elements. Just something to consider. Definitely see if you can find some inspiration pictures of accent walls with vaulted ceilings, if you haven’t already.

I meant to add, look at Ralph Lauren bedding, I think they have at least one or two comforters that are red florals with a bit of blue in the pattern.

we have gray wisp on our MBR ceiling and i have chocolate browns and shades of marine/ocean blue (darker shades of gray wisp basically) for the most part...

We have Restoration Hardware's Silver Sage (a similar shade of color) in our master bedroom -- and I've found so many colors work well with this type of color .... garnet red, burnished golds, dark sage ....

... and for summer color -- we use Ralph Lauren's Sussex Gardens comforter on the bed ... LOTS of colors!

This conversation is interesting to me, because I have a rust colored sofa and loveseat, and I would like to paint the walls in the LR a blue/green/grayish tone that would work with the rust and my slate tiles. Our adjacent dining room is painted a simlilar rust shade, so it would all need to work together.

Thanks to all for your suggestions. Currently I am looking for new bedding and have been online looking for Ralph Lauren bedding. I am not finding much of a selection thus far. Any suggestions? Several have been discontinued. If anyone comes across anything that may work, please let me know. And if I find something that doesn't have the actual gray wisp color could it still work?
terriks- I bet a blue gray color would look good with your sofa. My sofa is an orange rusty leather and we have it with Hampshire Gray which reads as green gray.
