Good score! It's not a recipe exactly, but we use our CI skillet at least twice a week to cook onions, then potatoes we've baked ahead of time to make home fries. Cooking them that way still takes some time for the potatoes to brown, but they are delicious. Another thing we often do is make hash browns, and once they're golden and flipped onto the other side and getting done, I pour in some beaten eggs, top with cheese and put the lid on for a few minutes to finish. Cut into pie shaped wedges (which we like to serve with barbecue sauce.)

You can also stir-fry in a skillet, if you don't overload the pan with too many ingredients; stir fry ingredients individually, and reheat everything together at the end with a little cornstarch and hoisin to finish the dish.

It's great for toasting bread, making garlic toast or tortillas. You could toast some cheese as appetizers.

I just clean it with hot water by heating the pan and using a wire brush before seasoning it for the next time. Have fun experimenting with your new pan.

Great to use to pan fry fish with corn cakes as a side. Pancakes - eaten out of doors, of course! Hash! Then there is always good old campfire stew: brown ground beef, add in a can or three of canned spaghetti in tomato sauce. Serve with "ants on a log" and s'mores.

My girls like coke chicken, I usualy did it in a dutch oven but you can just brown the chicken in the skillet, add half and half mixture of catsup and Coke, and simmer until the chicken is done.

We made "camp slop" which was basically some chopped bacon or crumbled sausage, potatoes and onions, cooked until done, then a couple of eggs were stirred in. Cheese if you like.

Quesadillas are easy to make in a skillet over the fire, if you don't want cheese or chicken or whatever, you can use flour tortillas with a smeal of peanut butter, sprinkled with marshmallows and chocolate chips and cooked until melted. Add sliced bananas if you must.

Chili is good, so are baked beans and beef or chicken stew can be simmered until nearly done and small dumplings dropped in. Fresh fruit like peaches or blueberries or apples can also be simmered until done and then sweet dumplings added for a hot dessert.

You can also wrap potatoes in foil and add them to the ashes, or take empty soup cans, ut a little applesauce in the bottom, add gignerbread batter to the can, cover tightly with foil and place carefully in the coals so they don't spill. This works with muffin batter in hollowed out orange halves too.
