Cast iron cooking over wood fire?

goldgirl

Our neighbors have a large fire pit and we've used it to cook burgers, hot dogs, popcorn, and clam bakes. Last week, while cleaning out my kitchen cabinets, I found an old Griswold cast iron skillet that I'd forgotten about. I picked it up at a yard sale ages ago and still need to recondition it, but got to thinking about what we could make over the fire.

Anyone have some T&T cast iron skillet recipes that would be tasty during the summer?

Sue
