Where's Lou and Italian food

I was watching 'Diners, Drive Ins and Dives' last night and the focus was on Italian food. I found it very interesting that several of the restaurants featured used powdered or granulated garlic.

Pizzeria Luigi in San Diego (Luigi came to the US from Italy in the 90s) uses gran. garlic in his sauce and his pizza looks to die for!

Di Pasquale's in Baltimore uses gran. garlic in their gravies and their lasagna is known as the best in the city.

Same with the Spaghetti House who have been in business for 60 or so years.

I have to admit I was skeptical about using anything but fresh in my gravy, but I'm ready to take the plunge. It sounds as if Lou is in good company!
