Thank you everyone..well most of you probably figured out..it's just another day in the M house!

We are split today, as we were yesterday. Today I have the younger two, and hubby is with the oldest at the 4th day of a baseball tournament. Yesterday it was just me(they all went to the big boy game)..but I wasn't alone..I was at the concession stand from 6:45-12:30. Today we'll be there from 10:15 or so until 3 or 4.

So really it's just another day in the life..

This morning so far~I made sausage patties for the freezer, baked some Otis Spunkmeyers for the Stand, did a load of laundry and cleaned the kitchen up from last night.

Since it's a minute to 10...very soon it'll be a mad dash out the door..:o)

No other way around it all.

Well, Terri, Happy Birthday although it's nearly over.

In spite of the fact that your schedule is like every other day (LOL, that happens when you have kids, somehow), I hope the men in your life were very, very good to you and that you got a cake, somehow.

It's only 6:30 pm here..dinner time..

and I'm cooking dinner..my husband is supposed to be grilling the steaks...but I haven't seen him show up in the kitchen yet or turn on the grill..

No cake..but I might whip up some cream and eat a bowl of it with strawberries and chocolate chips..LOL

But I'm making things I love..

Garlic Cheese Mashed potatoes (reds skin on)
grilled ribeye
hot spinach salad
I turned on the oven to roast some baby beets(but I need to wash, and degreen them)..so I think I'll turn it back off and instead grill some nectarines to go with that cream, strawberries and chocolate..ooh wait, I have some of Ann's caramel sauce in the fridge....

Your day with your family sounds nice and your dinner delicious, even if you didn't have a chance to really relax. I just saw your dessert photo, it looks yummy, who needs cake with all that whipped cream.
