DirectTV snowed out

So much for DIRECTTV. I've had it for two months today, and now we have a little bit of snow, and NO TV!

There was a message on the screen which says something about doing something at the back of the TV. That is not possible for me to do.

Then it said to push the red button on the receiver near the fold down door. I don't see a red button or a fold down door.

My Dish is on the roof; actually I can't even see it unless I go out to the back yard and look up. I'm assuming it is full of snow now.

The first thing I learned about DIRECT is they don't have a written manual. I have found answers to my questions by searching with Google, or emailing Direct. They have been good with quick replies/answers. It is possible to download the manual but I haven't been tempted to do that yet.

Oh, well; there is always tomorrow. Sunshine predicted. ;>)
