Anyone have an idea what might be wrong?

Hi everyone: I have a brand new year old Maytag washer and just had it serviced back in June. It had started making a grinding noise and the repairman replaced the transmission, thrust bearing and brake motor. It worked like a charm up until this week when I noticed that the inside drum was turning while the agitator was on and it started making a noise again. Anyone got any ideas. I've got to say that I'm not impressed with a washing machine that needs to be repaired twice in a little over a year. There are two adults here and the washer gets used twice a week.
