That's interesting. When I was watching the previews last week I thought "hey that's the dunes" but wasn't positive. Thanks for confirming it Carol.

The dunes were beautiful and the Inn was just amazing! I'd love to go there.

It was an interesting show tonight to say the least. lol Won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched it yet.

I'm not at all surprised by what happened on the two-on-one date, but I continue to be stunned that the last woman to receive a rose tonight, actually got a rose.

Don't you just love it!! I was surprised by the last night's rose ceremony. Mostly by who received it! I guess it just makes it more interesting!

Last night was a great episode. I'm beginning not to like Ali though. She has a "ugly" side that is coming out.

It was an interesting show. I don't think any of the gals should take on the job of warning Jake about Vienna. It just makes them look tattle-tale-ish and a little desperate. I liked Ali at first, now she seems to dislike Vienna more than she likes Jake. Isn't attractive and makes her look too high school. Something about her reminds me of Elizabeth Hasselbeck, from the View, who I can't stand. Dottie

Vienna is the kind of gal guys love to be around and "women" love to hate. "They" don't get her so she must be evil. After her they are prettier, more social and know how to play the girly social games and she doesn't so what can a man possibly see in her? LOL Jealous Jealous Jealous

Jake was on the Bonnie Hunt show yesterday and sure doesn't come across as someone in love. He talked about his acting days on Walker Texas Ranger. Now I see where his dramatic acting comes from lol

Ali needs to go. I really liked her in the beginning, but now her immaturity is showing through. I'm still unsure about Tenley. The thing that bothers me about Vienna is when she was doing her bio on the first show, she came across as a spoiled rich girl talking about wrecking 4 or 5 cars and daddy giving her the money to buy whatever she wants. Jake may not be able to fill daddy's shoes.

I am glad Jake is taaking this seriously enough to get rid of the girls that he knows he wouldn't choose as his wife.
Ella seemed more mature but too mature for Jake who still wants adventure. The more I see, the more I like Tenley.

Did they show Jake and Jessie's one on one talk that he had with each girl at the Inn? I had a phone call and missed a few minutes. Seems like I saw all the others but not hers.

Matti - I think that bio was a bit "tongue in cheek". It was a perfect "Paris Hilton" type clip to get her noticed and on the show.

For all we know those cars daddy bought were "derby cars" or race cars. I used to go around telling people I killed the family station wagon because I kept hitting other cars when backing it up. LOL

Wildchild - Granted, I don't know Vienna and editing does come in to play, but some of her comments remind me of a few people I am close to. If she sticks around, I'm looking forward to her hometown date. Most often that's where we finally get to know them.

I agree with wildchild, that Vienna may indeed just be one of those girls who communicates better with men than women, which makes her a bone of contention among them. They particularly hate that Vienna is the only girl who will interrupt Jake's one on one time with anyone else, after she has already received a rose and can't possibly be eliminated that evening.

Vienna is playing the game very offensively, by derailing any private time with Jake and other girls, so that they won't have an opportunity to get too personal with him. Clearly the girls see Vienna as being overly shrewd and agrressive, but she might be coming across to Jake as being a victim of a gang of mean girls. I suspect the truth lies somewhere in the middle. Jake seems like a genuinely sweet guy and I really hope he ends up finding the girl with "heart appeal" and it actually leads to a happily ever after for him.

On a "Spoiler" site I read that Ali removes herself from the show after the hometown date. There was no explanation as to why she does this.

So far, this site has been correct on what's been happening. These four were predicted to be left standing for the hometown dates and this person was right.

I loved the scenery and wish they'd shown more of the week long trip.

I donÂt believe Jake chooses anyone in the end, or doesnÂt end up marrying any of them. When he was in the "Ellen" show he said he fell for a few of them, butÂ..

I also saw him on the Bonnie Hunt show, and I agree with her comment about the women. Who chose them??? None really share his interests. They all seem "perfect, plastic & fake" to me. IÂm sorry, but women like that donÂt exist in my town. I know itÂs Hollywood, but couldnÂt they have more realistic women?
