Water Heater Pilot out After Condensate Line Purge

Had a new AC and furnace installed and 3-4 hrs later, no hot water. The pilot light was out. The installer purged the AC condensate line and the outlet is just below and 3-4 inches away from the access door to the pilot light in a small enclosed room where the downstairs AC/furnace is located.

I lit the pilot light and the water heater has worked fine since. The compressed gas used to purge the existing AC freon lines was also used to purge the condensate line. That must have extinguished the pilot.
